At SMRTFT, we stand by the quality of our performance gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in original, unused condition. We want to ensure you have the best tools for your fitness journey, so we've made our return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
